The problem
Every coin page prints a volume figure, and the figure looks like a crowd. Often it is the same wallets trading with themselves, a fleet of bots, or a group that bought at launch and never meant to sell. None of that is people wanting the coin.
What Kept does
It reads a coin’s trades, throws out the wash volume, the bot fleets and the one-way sniper groups, and keeps what real buyers and sellers did. Paste any pump.fun coin on the forest and it gets read.
Why a creature
A number is easy to skim past. So every coin gets a pixel creature that only eats real trades. Steady real trading and it grows. When the real trading slows it goes hungry, and after 72 hours with nothing real it goes to the graveyard. One look tells you how a coin is actually doing.
What it is not
Not advice, and not a safety check. A creature that is eating means real people traded the coin. It does not mean the coin is a good buy.
The exact thresholds are on the front page, under how a creature lives.
